Is my credit card number safe?

This encryption makes doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase by telephone.
All transaction related information will be passed on to the trusted financial institution, and we do not maintain in our server any of your financial information, including but not limited to credit card’s name, number and expiry date.

How do I pay, having purchased a product from socialplussystem.com?
Currently our system supports payment through VISA, MASTER. You make a payment by clicking Pay Online in the My Trips page which is linked to our payment page. After reviewing the Reservation Information and Reservation Policy, you can select to make payment by online credit card (VISA or MASTER) or select to make payment by fax through our Credit Card Payment Form (VISA, MASTER).

What is cancellation policy?
All bookings will require full payment. Any cancellations or major changes, thereafter, will be subjected to a progressive cancellation fee according to the number of days you make your wishes known in advance: In the Low and High Seasons:

  • Full paymet and instant booking:
    • Low Season: The cancellation made before 7 days or upper will be charged for 6 % of the full payment or Baht 300. In the case that 6% charged is lesser than Baht 300, you will be charged at Baht 300. If the cancellation is made within 7 days before 3 days the check-in date, you will be charged for 6% of the full payment or Baht 300, plus 1 room night rate and 6% for administration fee of your total booking.**Some charged is subject to The policy of resort  and without notice **
    • High Season: The cancellation made before 15 days or upper will be charged for 12% of the full payment or Baht 500. In the case that 10% charged is lesser than Baht 500, you will be charged at Baht 500. If the cancellation is made within 8-15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged for 10% at the minimum and another Baht 500 for penalty. And if the cancellation is made within 7 days before the arrival, you will be charged for 10% of the full payment or Baht 500, plus 1 room night rate and administration fee for 5% of the full payment.**Some charged is subject to The policy of resort  and without notice **

ALL requests for cancellation must be sent directly to us by e-mail at: Reservation Department or faxed to (66 2) 880 4881  only.

What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room?
After the payment is paid, a hotel voucher will be sent directly you via e-mail and to the hotel which you make a reservation with. You only present your voucher or identification to the hotel reception when you check in. This is to help reduce the amount of document you have to carry during your travel.

2. Reservation and Payment Guide

We make your online reservation extremely satisfying, comfortable and without apprehension over your security and privacy.
Just complete and send the reservations form, making sure that you give us your e-mail address and send it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm your reservation. It is our policy to reply all clients’ requests within 24 to 48 hours (this may be longer during the high season, weekends, festival periods or special events).

Hotel Voucher and Confirmation :
– We will send you a printable hotel voucher upon payment via e-mail or fax This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel.
– We would like to advise that the name on the voucher should be the same as appeared in your passport which is needed for check-in.
