Remarks :

• All above rates are inclusive of daily breakfast, 10% Service Charge and 7% government VAT.
• Minimum Stay : A minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required for all room categories for accommodation between 20 Dec '06 and 10 Jan '07. Chients with earlier check in dates than 20 Dec '06 but requesting accommodation beyond 20 Dec '06 are also requested to stay 7 consecutive nights at the resort. Last check in applicable for the 7 nights compulsory stay to be 3 Jan '07.
• Child Policy : Children under the age of 12 years sharging room with parents in existing bedding are granted complimentary accommodation, ABF is charged compulsory at 250.- Baht nett per child, per day. Infants will be provided a baby cot free of charge. Children under the age of 12 years in need of an Extra Bed will be charged 500.- Baht nett per night, inclusive breakfast. As of the 12th birthday onwards, children are being considered as adults.
• Extra Bed Charges : Extra bed will be charged for adults (12 years up) at 1,000.- Baht per day including breakfast and applicable taxes. Children under the age of 12 years will be granted a 50% discount.
• Honeymoon Specials : Honeymoon clients will receive a complimentary food plate and flowers on the day of arrival, a welcome drink, guaranteed double bedded accommodation and a complimentary upgrade to higher room category (subject to availability). All Honeymoon booking must be advised at the time of reservation and shown on vouchers to validate.
• Value Offers : All guests are welcomed with a refreshing tropical fruit drink, flower garland and are personally escorted to their villa or suite. All room types receive a daily turndown service, daily activities, recreational programs, Kids Club, fitness club. A choice of teas and coffees together with a coffee maker is installed in every room.
• Family Offers :
  - Special meal discounts available (details as per paragraph : meal, plan)
  - Complimentary baby cot
  - Complimentary use of our Kids Club for children under 12 years of age from 09.00 - 17.00 hours daily

• All children under 6 years of age will receive complimentary meals (buffet lunch and/or buffet dinner only) when dining with minimum one adult, Compulsory Gala Dinners are chargeable as per above rate indication for all children from the age of 2 to under 12 years of age, below the age of 2 years a special kids menu will be served free of charge.
• A 50% discount on all buffet meals and set menus for children between 6 years and under the age of 12 years is granted according to above indicated prices. No discounts whatsoever are granted to children of all age groups for a la carte meals.
• Meal rates are nett, inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes. Meals will be either provided on buffet basis or served as a special prepared menu, depending on the season and occupancy.

Note :

• Transfer rates are per person / per way and inclusive of hotel escort service inclusive of complimentary refreshments during transfer service. Shared van (30 minutes) - private resort speed boat (50 minutes).
• Children between 3 years and under the age of 12 years are granted a 50% discount on above transfer rates infants and children under 3 years of age are transported free of charge. As of the 12th birthday onwards, children are being considered as adults.

Speed boat operation / services as per following pattern :
Nov - Apr : The boat departs from the mainland (Laem Kruad Pier) and docks directly at the hotel
May - Oct : Transfer by van only
