Reservation and Payment Guide

Just complete and send the reservations form, making sure that you give us your e-mail address and send it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm your reservation. It is our policy to reply all clients' requests within 24 to 48 hours (this may be longer during the high season, weekends, festival periods or special events).

Hotel Voucher and Confirmation :
- We will send you a printable hotel voucher upon payment via e-mail or fax This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel.
- We would like to advise that the name on the voucher should be the same as appeared in your passport which is needed for check-in.

Method of Payment : There are 3 payment systems:

1. Credit card Payment :
- We accept payment by Visa, Master card , JCB, SCB , Amex and Paypal.
- We offers you credit card payment directly from our standard SSL secure web site and is guaranteed by the Kasikorn Bank using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
- We will not record any credit card data. Hence, guaranteeing no misuse of your credit card.

2. Credit Card Payment Form :
- You are able to print and complete a copy of our credit card charge form and fax back to us at (662) 250 6324, (662) 309 8137 Please click here for credit card payment form.
- Besides Visa, MasterCard, JCB and SCB credit cards, Amex is also acceptable using this form.
