Seaview Poolside Standard

The 8 Poolside Suites are a standard unit of accommodation set around the main swimming pool at the resort. All rooms consist of twin or King sized beds and have a sea view. Enjoy the total privacy and comfort of individual quarters in a lush setting of fragrant flowering trees. These rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child.*

Seaview Poolside Superior

The same size and layout as the Poolside Suites, the 4 Poolside Superior Suites have recently been refurbished to a high quality, with luxurious fabrics and fittings. These units have more substantial sea views than the Poolside Suites and also include a hi-fi system. These rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child.*

The 5 Thai Houses provide fantastic sea views framed by the surrounding vegetation. These are the most luxurious accommodation at the resort and feature King Sized bed, bath and shower, and in most cases a separate living area which leads onto the balcony. These rooms accommodate up to 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child.*

Lotus Bungalow
Surrounding the lotus pond there are 8 Lotus Bungalows, which feature over-sized guest rooms with a King Sized bed, and a separate living area with sofa. All Lotus Bungalows feature a large shower, and are decorated with classically-coloured furnishings and tropical plants to ensure privacy. All Garden suites have a large decking area outside with fabulous sea and lush garden view. These rooms accommodate up to 4 adults** or 2 adults with 3 children.***

Villa Sea View
- The Villa
The villa is situated at the topmost part of the resort closest to the infinity pool and shows off fantastic views of the sea and fabulous sunset in the evening. The villa houses 5 uniquely decorated ensuite rooms and is available to hire as a whole which includes access to the kitchen/diner and games room. (This option is popular for large family gatherings where the self catering facilities and the privacy of secluded house are hugely desirable.)

- Villa Sea View

The villa rooms which have Sea Views and are accessed through private entrances on the outside of the Villa. Each of these rooms has a different style ranging from contemporary to traditional Thai style. All rooms are spacious with en-suite bathroom and large walk-in showers. The rooms also have TV and DVD player and host spectacular views over the sea below and surrounding area.

Cliff View Deluxe
The 12 Cliff View Deluxe Rooms are the newest addition to the resort and it is the perfect stay for that special romantic escape. Each and every room has a contemporary Thai feel, and provides that extra bit of luxury! The semi-open bathroom allows lights to flow throughout the room creating a sense of exotic coziness. A king sized bed, large walk-in shower, and separate day beds allow plenty of space for relaxing within your room, and sun loungers on your balcony or terrace are all perfect for those extra special moments.

The Cliff View Deluxe building houses 6 units on the upper level and 6 units on the lower level.
The upper level rooms offer a romantic sun lounger on the balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean below. They also have a bath between the bathroom and bedroom, which is surrounded by sheer fabric.
The lower level room offers a small separate reading area with lounger, and large patio doors which open up onto its terrace where you can relax by the 3.5m x 4m private pool with Jacuzzi jets, and a lush view of the hills in the national park.

These rooms are accessed through entering the villa, they are well proportioned but not as large as the ones with sea views. The rooms have a spacious en-suite bathroom and walk-in showers. Each room can accommodate up to 2 adults.

Mandalay Superior
The room are situated across the road and 300 m. away from Cliff Beach Resort , alongside 339 Avenue.

Mandalay:
- The rooms are situation across the road and 300 meters away from Cliff Beach Resort, alongside 339 Avenue shopping plaza.
- Customers stays in these rooms have full access to all other facilities at Cliff Beach Resort, and American Breakfast for 2 people.

Cliff Deluxe:
- 2 storey building with each floor consisting of 6 rooms. Top floor commands panoramic sea and mountain view and bottom floor has a private pool and mountain view.

Beach Villa Sea View:
- 2 bedrooms villa with separate personal entrance to each room. The Master Bedroom has a panoramic view of the ocean below with an expensive balcony. This spacious master bedroom has open plan living and dining areas, which is perfect for any special occasion
- The second bedroom, with its own balcony, is chic and cozy with an inter-connecting door to give the option for a group booking to share the entire villa
- Both rooms are en-suite, fitted to the highest standard, and the rooms come equipped with large LCD TVs and multimedia system.

CoCo Beach Restaurant Open all day and evening serving food and drinks Begin your evening with a frosty drink, your favorite Thai beer or wine at our casual waterside cafe. The restaurant is located on the sea front, with a large decking so you can enjoy dining either inside or out. Start your day with an early cup of coffee and buffet breakfast. Lunch and dinner are simple but satisfyingly scrumptious - we have a broad menu of Thai favorites, including homemade soups, curries and thai deserts. Our European selection of sandwiches, burgers, pasta and pizza is also popular. Seafood is of course, always on the menu! The open-air restaurant allows you to admire the view and feel the ocean breeze while enjoying a relaxing lunch or romantic dinner on the beach... This is paradise as you have never experienced it before!
