Cha Am

Cha Am is just as beautiful as the neighboring Hua Hin Beach. Located approximately 163 kilometers south of Bangkok, 40 kilometers south of Phetchaburi and 20 kilometers north of Hua Hin, the beach is famous for being long and clean. In addition, it serves excellent fresh seafood. Cha Am is a popular lively resort town offering a large variety of accommodations and challenging activities. While a possible alternative to water sports is bicycle riding along a 6 kilometer sandy white beach. During the weekdays the beach is virtually deserted and there are beach umbrellas and sling chairs are available for hire. Thai people visiting Cha Am usually come from Bangkok for the weekend. So the beachfront is very quiet during the week, and gets more animated during the weekends and national holidays. Before traveling you should be booked rooms and travel information for convenience.

Cha-Am Forest Park Located on Phetkasem road, on the right when going south (turn left at Narathip junction when coming from the beach, then go straight and you will find the park on your right, a few hundred meters after the fire station). Its a quiet and relaxing place. A lot of families and couples come here to chill out, picnic and play sport. A great way to spend the afternoon in Cha Am is walking around the grounds before stopping for a snack at the local restaurant, which is all Thai.

Accommodation Cha Am  has a wide array of accommodation options. There are five-star luxury, Nearly all resorts and hotels are a short walk from the beach, located along roads running away from the sea. Despite its quiet atmosphere, Cha Am has a surprising variety of hotel and guest house options. Such as Regent Beach Resort Cha Am, Casuarina Resort, Regent Chalet and Sabaya Jungle Resort Cha Am.
