  CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW CHARGES:
• Cancellation must be made before 5 days prior to arrival.
• Incase of no show the first night rate of the period will be charged.

• A final rooming list for groups only should be received at least
• 7 days prior to the groups arrival along with flight details+meal requirements
  
  DEPOSIT POLICY :
• During the period high occupancy the hotel reserves the right to demand an equvalent to one night contract rate for each room reserved
